The only way to get the overpopulation of unowned cats under control is through TNR. Until more vet clinics get involved plus our Animal Control agencies, we need to support the only TNR Program in Winnebago County at Noah’s Ark. For that reason, PAWS has partnered with Noah’s Ark to help fund this program. All funds will be used to help defray the cost of getting cats spayed/neutered through the TNR program.
